Mineral de Pozos was named “Magic Town” , thanks to Programa Federal, which gives recognition to towns with great historical, cultura, gastronomical and artistic values.
Which is why Mineral de Pozos has become one of the most recognized touristic places in 2017.
Long walks in our cobbled streets, and visits down the mines, strolls among the very mexican maqueyes, prickly pear trees on semidesertic land, all this tell the history of the land, the history of the old mining town, from prehispanic times to the times of Spanish conquerors.
